Hi all,
I have an application requiring to control 2 CAN variables (in 2 different can messages) with the same potentiometer (used to control 2 motors at the same time with the same datas but different CAN IDs).
1/ Is it possible to do it within Instrument panel as there's only one signal available ...

Standalone instrumentation panel interface
Hi all,
I'm using PCAN Explorer 5 and the instrumentation panel Add In. Even if the control interfaces design is basic, it's so helpful even in our lab to control small applications. Some of our customers, mainly from the automotive market, would also like to use them.

Where to find the gateway function?
Hi all,
I'm trying to configure the gateway function on my MIO to route some frames from bus 1 to bus 2. I cannot find the tab in the PPCAN editor. Can you send me a screen shot to locate this function?
Thanks a lot,
Laurent

Re: Scale & offset values in Micromod configuration Sw
Good morning M Lang,
Just to confirm your information, despite the information given in the online help ("Multiplier and offset for the data contents. These may be positive or negative floating point values."), this means that the scale factor can only be an integer and not a float value? I mean ...

Re: Scale & offset values in Micromod configuration Sw
I undestand these informations but then what should I put into the scale field (as the offset is already 1) to make my calculation look like Output=(MsgValue*0.05)+1?
0.05 is decimal and the float value is not the same in 8 or 16bits...
Here is a screenshot of the interface in attachment

Re: Scale & offset values in Micromod configuration Sw
Good afternoon,
I have most of your micromod modules but for this test I wanted to use a Micromod Digital 1 or 2 with the Fout0 output. My remark was more on the configuration sw and the way to use it.
If the HW doesn't fit, is it possible to use any other module for this test (Micromod demo board ...
