thanks for the quick response.
After several hours of investigation we did find the cause, it was a connection for a spare node, apparently well realized and properly capped, full of mud and moisture.
In certain conditions, not continuosly, the bus was reaching 95% load and voltage ...

Hello folks, I'm investigating a random issue that affect a j1939 bus. From time to time the bus stop working properly, the bus load reach 95% and a sequence of error frames is broadcasted. I did capture the CAN signal with the Scope and found strange noise affecting the bus, could you help me understand which could be the reason?

How to interpret Busload?

I did measure bus load with PCAN Diag2 and found that average is around 14%, max is between 70 and 100 %.
How should I interpert this? If I refer to the average I would say the bus load is ok...
I used 200ms as sample interval, is this correct?
I'm measuring a bus working at 250 kbit/s.

Scope cvs file

I would like to report a minor bug when exporting the cvs file from the Scope.
Manual sais that rows 13 & up contain "numbered sample values", cvs file shows bit rate at row 13.
