My application which calls CAN_Write offered by PCAN-Basic-Linux occasionally runs into error PCAN_ERROR_QRCVEMPTY without end. Once this occurs, the PCAN buses remain off regardless CAN_initiliaze/uninitialize attempts. The only solution that seems to work is to reboot the computer. Checking dmesg ...
