Yes, it is the same power source.
I will test the checksum and length setting once it fails. At the moment, I can't manage to reproduce the failure. I'll keep trying and let you know.

Thanks for your reply. No, not all the time. But it already happened twice in 8-10 trials. I didn't do any configuration, just connected the analyzer with all the defaults and then started the communication.
