I cannont remember for sure, I downloaded the file you noted but then also had a CD included when I purchased the hardware that had the necessary files. If I had to guess which one I actually used I think I went with the CD files. Sorry about that.

Bingo! That was the issue.

Here are the versions I have:
- PCAN Nets Configration: Version 3.1.0.22
- PCAN Explorer 5: Version 5.2.2.773
- Windows 7 Enterprise (my login has admin rights) Service pack 1
- 64 Bit
- 4 GB RAM
- Core i5 M540

I think have found more to my issue - I believe now after more resarch that I need to create a net for my hardware however when using PCAN Nets Configuraiton I see my PCAN-USB Pro however I am unable to add them to a net or to create a new net. Any Thoughts?

I have a new PCAN-USB Pro that if I run PCAN-View both channels appear and are selectable, however, when I run PCAN Explorer 5 none of the channels appear.

Any thoughts? I am sure there will be many details that will be required to answer the question, however, I am new enough to this ...
