In the Download section you will find the Manual (which include main information) and also the PCAN-Basic Software API with all sample codes (also in Python)

...all is available, well documented... please read the manual

It is not possible to give you a number like "40 Messages are OK" it is all depending how you develop your firmware. We will check this and maybe exchange the Sample 01_Routing with the delivery Firmware (nearly 1:1 the same source code)
But for now, here the BIN File for flashing the delivery firmware back to the unit

We are sorry - but we do not offer any Debugging Tool for the open source environment SDK of the Router Pro Device.
You could use CAN Frames, sending out internal Data as Remote Information, for your development.

the tool is not part of the driver - it is part of the NetDev/Socket CAN Tools --> link
So you need to download the Tool seperatly
