Re: Using schedule function problem

Hi, I think you misunderstood something. The slot entry's FrameId array property can only be fully used if the Type is set to sltSporadic . If you decide to use normal unconditional slots (Type = sltUnconditional ), you can only use the first element of the FrameId array. Before that you need to con...

Re: Using schedule function problem

Hi,

Yes, after LIN_StartSchedule you should call LIN_UpdateByteArray, not before.
Because LIN_StartSchedule initializes the data of the LIN frame.
You can also define the initialization data of the frame with the InitialData of the TLINFrameEntry.

Re: Claimed Address Overview

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is currently no pre-built Add-in or Macro that can list or display the addresses as you described.
However, you can write your own Add-in that can display the information in a window as you wish.

Re: PLIN - Delete frame after LIN_SetFrameEntry()

Hello,

If you are mean the PLinApi.dll, that is right.
You can also use LIN_SetFrameEntry again to disable the response by first setting the Direction property of the dependent TLINFrameEntry to dirDisabled.

You are welcome.

Re: Fields in multiplexor message get renamed when exporting to dbc

Hi, It also duplicates value tables too... This is a normal behavior. In the CANdb++ Editor, each value table that you assign to a signal is duplicated when the DBC file is saved. This seems to be the only way to connect a table to a signal in the current DBC file format. Sample: VAL_TABLE_ New_Valu...

Re: Fields in multiplexor message get renamed when exporting to dbc

Hi, Thank you for the hint. If you mean the names of the signals with fields in the multiplexed messages This seems to be an an old automatism to prevent double signal names. If a signal is used in more than one multiplexer and not in all multiplexers of the symbol, the multiplexer value is appended...

Re: Using Both Channels on PCAN-USB Pro FD With Python

Hello, Currently I cannot reproduce the problem you described. But I found a possible issue in your code at ' __main__ ': connection1.sendMasterRequest(0x03, [0x02, 0x3E, 0x00]) connection2.sendMasterRequest(0x04, [0x02, 0x3E, 0x00]) You have configured the LIN frames 0x3C (master request) and 0x3D ...

Re: DBC export through PCAN symbol editor

Well to clarify what you mean is that you miss the whole NS_ definitions. The rest of the DBC file is irrelevant to your problem. Is this correct? The CANdb Add-in currently export nothing into the NS_ definitions. There was not needed before. All knowing tools (also Vector CANalyzer) had no problem...
