Hi,
I have tested it here and it is working without issues. So something must be different in your setup. Please build the driver with the debug option and do the unplug-replug steps again. Then send us the relevant output of dmesg to our linux[at]peak-system.com email address.

Hi,
can you please send me the output of "sudo dmesg |grep pcan" to see the used firmware version of the PCAN-USB FD.
I have just tested here on an Ubuntu 22.04 system, and after repluging and select "Connect" again in pcanview I am able to receive data again.
