The "MiVoice" communication software from Mitel Networks" also prevent the proper working/usage of the portable PCAN-Explorer version.
Please close the "MiVoice" software and then you can use your portable PCAN-Explorer license.

Problem was solved by "formenergy" itself -> error inside the application code

please send us your gateways config via email (info.peak@hms-networks.com) and refer to this topis.

Note: The config can be exported into an ini file via the PCAN-Ethernets WebGUI.

Please load the driver with "sudo modprobe pcan" or reboot your PC so that the driver will be loaded automatically.

Please connect the PCAN-Router with a PCAN-USB interface, avoid any other CAN devices, set the PCAN-Router into the Bootloader mode and then start the PCAN-View, select the PCAN-USB as hardware, use a baudrate of 500k and send the following message:
