Can i set bit position less than 15 or not for std can frames or is it just a recommendation ?

I want more information as to how I can generate the error frame.

1. When specifying the bit position, do i count the stuff bits ?
2. How do I know where the stuff bit lies. It is important me to as i want to error different types of error as Acknowledgment error, Bit Stuff error, Form Error, CRC ...
