Re: dbc (Symbols File) for Explorer + combine CAN message
Hello, here are the answers 1. Re: Windows driver initially fails after reboot
Hello vasya, it looks that you use a security solution (Fortinet Virtual Ethernet Adapter -> part of a Fortinet security solution) which blocks the proper working of the "PCAN Virtual-Gateway". Please write me an email with the exact name of the used "Fortinet solution", use the following address: s...

Re: Virtual CAN interface for PCAN Wireless Gateway
Hi,
your suggestions/appreciations are right. A linux powered "Virtual Wireless Gateway" could be a nice thing but there exist no plans at PEAK to do this in the near future.
best regards
Gunther

Re: How to limit the number of CAN frames per packet
Hi,
it´s not possible to set the "FPP" for the TCP protocol, this will be automatically handled by the TCP stack. Please use the UDP protocol instead and then you can set the "FPP".
Best regards
Gunther

Re: peak-linux-driver_7.15.2 on Xenomai-3.0.1
Hello,
no, also the coming linux driver 8.3 will not support Xenomai 3.x
It´s planned to support Xenomai 3.x ASAP but it´s a hard work and our main focus is not fixed to Xenomai.
best regards

Re: Scale & offset values in Micromod configuration Sw
Hello Laurent,
the manual is correct, you can also use "floating point values" for the scale and offset.
But you must it type in in the normal decimal format, it´s not possible to type in splitted in sign, exponent and mantissa.

Gunther
