Error when posting to forums

Not sure if this is the correct place for this post but:

Whenever I post something to the Software forum I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function phpbb_get_banned_user_ids() in /html/forum/includes/functions_posting.php on line 1195

However the post appears to be successful.
Using Firefox V17 on Win7 64bit
