can`t install PCAN USB PRO on a Windows 7 Virtual Box

Hello,

Can you tell us more about your setup?

- Which host system are you using for your VB instance?
- Which firmware does your PCAN-USB have?
- Which version of VirtualBox do you use?

Also, did you check if you passed through the device in VB via "Devices" -> "USB" -> "PCAN-USB"?

Hi,
- Host is a Win7 64 with 16GB ram
- PCAN USB FW 2.8
- VBox 5.2.26

and used Driver 4.0.18 because of sign problems with latest version (4.2.0)

Hello,

We have tried to replicate this issue here.
Using Virtual Box 6.0.12 this issue was not reproducable.

Please consider updating Virtual Box to a recent version.

If this does not resolve your issue, please tell us more about the error you are experiencing. (Does your PCAN-USB show up on the device manager of the vm, etc?)
