Hi,
Now, we are compiling CAN Communication Python code (PCANBasic.py is called) under ubuntu-ROS2 environment, but the 'ModuleNotFoundError' error is occurred as shown in below picture.
And, can you please provide the PCANBasic library for the python application under the environment of ubuntu-ROS2? Thanks for your great support.

Hello,
is this the same machine, that you sucessfully ran your software on (see previous) thread
or is this a software migration?
Is the PCAN-Linux driver package compiled and installe don this machine?
Best Regards
Marvin

Re: Python application under ubuntu18.04 ROS2 environment
Hi Sir, I still use the same PC for application under ROS2 environment, but some unexpected situations are occurred.
And I think the PCAN driver can work normally now as shown in below picture.
And I compile the code with 'PCANBasic.py' module directly with the method of: https://index.ros.org/doc/ros2/Tutorial ... ubscriber/ I have tried lots of times, but still can not solve this problem, thanks very much for your great support !

Re: Python application under ubuntu18.04 ROS2 environment
Hello,
Please understand that we are not affiliated with ROS2 and can only give limited support regarding its usage, we are not familiar with the Workflow in ROS2.
So to confirm both PCAN-View and you python script as a standalone do work as expected?
This then seems to be an issue regarding how the ROS-package was set up, you should inquire with the ROS2-community
regarding this issue.
For further questions feel free to contact us again.
Best Regards
Marvin
