thanks for your questions!

Quick Reminder: As the description of this forum reads - this forum covers issues concerning multiple software products.

We have noticed that a vast majority (<80%) of the topics posted in this sub-forum were in the wrong place,
as they only relate to one specific software.

There is a sub-forum for each of our software products, please use them.

This has three major advantages:

1)
Other users will find your topic a lot easier if they have the same question.

2)
As we get notified about which forum a topic was posted to, we can also decide which team-member
answers your question. We'll make sure that your question is answered by the team member with the most experience
relating to your question.

3)
We can answer faster because we don't have to move your topic to the correct sub-forum before we answer.

If we get too many requests in this forum while we clean up, we'll lock down the forum until we are finished.
