Intermittent communication errors

"During the use of PCAN X6 IPEH-004064, the power supply IPEH-004064 is alive, but communication ports 6 fail intermittently, causing communication failure. Restarting the entire system power restores communication. What could be the cause? I would appreciate any advice."

Hello,

This could happen if the bitrate isn't correct, this could
lead to channel eventually going into bus-off, after which no communication is possible anymore.

Can you confirm the bitrate-settings match (Including Sample_point)?
