Cub-Cadet MTD products

Can you tell me if this is the same "off the shelf" product that MTD/Cub-Cadet uses for their battery products? Is there specific programing that is needed or will this be a "direct fit"?

MTD/Cub-Cadet is a lawn mower manufacture, they have a product line of battery riding lawn mowers and they use PCAN-Diag tool for diagnostics of the electrical system.
I am asking if the PCAN tool requires any special firmware/software programming to work with this manufactures system or is it "plug and play".

If they use our PCAN-Diag it should be the Standard Device, because we do not know the company.
We are placed in Germany and have customers from all over he world, and from all kind of buisiness...
it is not possible to know all customers and what exact they do with our products.
Best is to contact that customer and ask them directly.

It could be that they setup a own configuration with Database etc. And use Project Templates / Profiles for their machines / devices - but we do not know that.
