PEAK Hardware support Sauer Danfoss Tool PLUS+1™ GUIDE
The PLUS+1™ GUIDE Software from Sauer Danfoss could also be used with any PEAK-CAN PC Interface via the RP12010 Interface DLL.

Hello,
you need to buy a license in order to use the PCAN-RP1210 API. Please take a look at the product page PCAN-RP1210 (A/C)

Re: PEAK Hardware support Sauer Danfoss Tool PLUS+1™ GUIDE
I have bought the USB-CAN interface and the RP1210 API and installed it.
Unfortunate I am not able to go online:
I can select the PCAN-USB
It seems it parsed well (for RP1210A) ... any suggestions ??

Hello,
yes, it seems as it was parsed well. Please take into account, that you need to set a PEAK-Net to be "RP1210", otherwise your device will not able to connect. Check the documentation for PCAN-RP1210 A (PDF: chapter 2.3, PCAN-RP1210A Configuration - CHM: Introduction/PCAN-RP1210A Configuration).

Re: PEAK Hardware support Sauer Danfoss Tool PLUS+1™ GUIDE
I have set the Net Configuration.
Still no change (have changed in Danfoss Gateway to new channel) and is the message "no valid RP120 license found" of any importance ?
During install of the API 1210 I did not have to enter the serial no. that was with the CD.

Re: PEAK Hardware support Sauer Danfoss Tool PLUS+1™ GUIDE
Hello,
the problem is the license. The application cannot find a valid license. You must have received a license file together with the RP1210 setup file. The RP1210 setup takes the needed information from that file at installation time. The file is called PCANRP1210.lic.

Re: PEAK Hardware support Sauer Danfoss Tool PLUS+1™ GUIDE
I have the file on the CD ... but how to insert it or where to copy it to ?
Re: PEAK Hardware support Sauer Danfoss Tool PLUS+1™ GUIDE
If you received a CD then you have also the license in there. You have to call the setup directly, so that it can find the license file (copy both files to the desktop or other folder in your PC). So, remove the PCAN-RP1210 and install it again. If you still has problem with this, then contact us per mail, support[at]peak-system.com, and we will give you a tool for system checking.
Best regards,
Keneth
