hi,
I'm trying to build a new kernel for this target, however I can't get the make process to build the arch/arm/uImage.
Build environment is a Ubuntu 12.04.5 system installed with uClinux and gridARM BSP exactly per the PEAK instructions.
Also, even with the default settings from the PEAK gridARM BSP it seems to create the arch/arm/boot/Image file before the root filesystem has been made and doesn't have an initramfs.
Any support for this product?

Re: Kernel won't build uImage
This product is no longer available and reach EOP since some years. We offer only the BSP that comes with the device. To implement a new Linux Version - it is up to the customer - we do not support newer versions.
For more info please read the well documented BSP PDF.

Re: Kernel won't build uImage
Thank you for the reply.
However, if you read the original post I'm trying to build using the same version of of uClinux that you distribute.
I have followed the instructions in your BSP (see your link) to the letter and the build is not working. Please refer to page 8 "Building the linux binary images" and page 9 which states "Note that the original configuration of the BSP generates an initramfs image of the Linux Kernel, so that it can be downloaded into the board as a standalone Linux
system, without the need of flashing any root file system too".
Regards
