Use the max 10Hz for GPS

We often get the request if we could send the GPS Information on the CAN Bus in a frequenzy of 10Hz (the sample code provide only 1Hz) Attached a simple project which send out on 500K CAN Bus the GPS information in a frequenzy of 10Hz (this is the max that is possible from the uBlox unit)
