Hi,

to send a subscriber frame by CAN, you need to use RTR CAN frames or the scheduler of the PCAN-LIN. Another possibility will be to generate the subscriber frame through a serial command.

See: https://www.peak-system.com/forum/viewt ... 1955#p1955

which shows a serial command for a subscriber frame on ID 0x01.

regards

Michael

Hi. I am undergoing the same attempt to communicate with the HVH heater, but since I am using the HVH50 with Lin 2.1, I need the Webasto LDF (lin description file) for this particular heater.

I know we cannot share commercial files from other customers here. I was hoping for a lead on where to find the repository for these LDF files.

If @JA2092 can let me know or PM me, that would be helpful.

THANKS!
