Hi,
We are having issues trying to configure PCAN-LIN( LIN to RS232) to listen to an automobile LIN bus. Previously used PLIN-USB with success so we are sure the LIN baudrate matches to the network.
Please find attached the error messages and config files used.

Re: PCAN-LIN configuration issue for a LIN slave configurati
Hi,
with PCAN-LIN you have to configure the LIN frames exactly to the length code and checksum type of your LIN system. Check your ldf or listen with PLIN-View Pro, which length and checksum type are used on your LIN system. Send a screenshot of PLIN-View Pro while you are listen to that LIN system, to be able to see the LIN configuration of each frame.
regards
Michael
