Logging Data To TCP Port

Post by maneeshsin01 » Fri 24. Sep 2021, 11:02

Hi,

I would like to send the CAN messages to tcp port .
I have modified the example source code and added listening to tcp using lwip.
but there are some issues.

I would the debug the source code. I am new and have not debugged firmware before.

I checked for help online and understand that debug probes are required to debug.

Could you please help me , how do you debug and what hardware/tools are required?

Where is debug port?

Thanks,
Maneesh

At the moment we do not support this with our free Toolchain.
Also, please take care that opening the housing will end up in loosing the guaranty.

When we have a Debugger Tool available for this unit, we will send a news. But as you coud read in the Product Information we do not offer this feature until now (09/2021)
We are working on a Implementaion for the Keil Tool Chain (commercial product - need a offcial Keil License) - As soon as we have more info we will post it on the WEB Page.

Do you have an update for this topic. Do you already implement this or a similar feature?

We Update the ARM-Devloper Package, and it now include the option to use a STM-V2 JTAG Debugger with VSCode.
See NEWS on our WEB Page shown 2022-05-24
Please Download the latest Development Package for ARM-based Products from our Support page, and check the Debug folder.
