Problem with PCAN USB not turning on

Hello, I just joined. My PCAN USB adapter was operating without a hitch until last Friday. When I put it into my PC this morning, the red LED refused to turn on! Without success, I've tried restarting my computer, using a new computer, and removing and reinstalling the PCAN drivers.

I forced open the hardware's casing and examined the board's power pins; the hardware is receiving 5V from the USB.

Hello,

Can you give us so more information regarding this?

1) Can you show us a picture of your device?

2) Which OS do you use?

3) Which driver Version do you use?

4) Are any USB hubds or USB extensions involved?

My current set-up Windowsgeometry dash world 7 Enterprise with PCAN View 4.1.2.481. Firmware version 2.8. Driver version 4.1.2.

Thank you for the info.

Have you tried a current system running Win10/11 with the latest driver?

Is the behavior the same?

Apart from that, you could try to replace the USB-cable,
for anything more involved it would be a good idea to contact us directly.
