Can IPEH-002022 be used with Hammtronic 3412?

Hello PEAK-Support Team,

Currently I am using IPEH-002022 to connect the driver to the Hammtronic 3412 Roller Truck.
However, it is currently reporting an error: No devices found on the specified interface.
Please use terminal resistor.

I used two 120Ω resistors to solder to the two ends of the connecting cable between IPEH-002022 and Hammtronic 3412 Roller Truck. However, the problem has not been resolved yet.

Please tell me if IPEH-002022 is compatible with the control panel of Hammtronic 3412 Roller Truck? pls.

And how can I fix this error? dear.
