Myself (and a few other colleagues) are using the PCAN-USB Pro. When our computers come out of sleep or hibernation, there's a good chance we get the fabled BSOD if the PCAN is plugged into a USB port. Anybody else have this problem and is there a solution?
My current driver info:
driver date: 1/24/2012
driver version: 3.8.2.10146
I'm running Win7, 64bit, version 6.1, build 7601, SP1
Win7: BSOD after hibernation/Sleep when PCAN-USB Pro is connected
Re: Windows 7 blue screen of death
Hello,
thanks for the info. Do you see any information regarding our driver on that BSOD? Can you send us a photo of that BSOD by email (please use our support email address). When one of our driver will be visible on the BSOD screen, we can send you a debug version of that driver, and enable the memory dmp on your system, to get more information what causes that problem. So please contact us by email to be able to get behing that problem. Thank you.

Michael

Re: Windows 7 blue screen of death
Today I had the same problem.
I put my 32 bit Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1 laptop to hibernation.
When I wanted to resume Windows, I had the BSOD naming "pcan_usb.sys" as the source of the problem.
My current driver info:
driver date: 25.07.2014
driver version: 3.13.0.15462
