I had not used the Peak PCAN-USB Pro hardware for sometime. It originally work.
When I tried to use the hardware yesterday, the PCAN-View could not see hardware.
I un-install the PCAN-USB Pro software and re-installed it.
The devices manager gives the device status "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)" for PCAN-USB Pro.
I am running Windows 7 Professional (64 - bit).
Has anyone had a similar problem?
can you please reinstall the driver, using the latest driver version from our support website:

If this will not work, please contact us by email, to check your system (setup log files etc.).
