Hello everyone,
I am working with peak CAN usb with linux and it is connected to a jungheinrich forklift.
I have a problem that the led is always red and blinking and I chose the correct bitrate for the initialization which is 250000.
candump can0 is working fine and it generates can frames with ID and Data on the linux terminal
I saw people say that it if you have a correct connection the led will be green.
Would you please can anyone help me with this issue ?
Thanks in advance

Re: Red Led is blinking
Hello, If you have a PCAN-USB (White Case, non FD)
this is normal, as it only has a red LED.
Blinking means Data is transmitted.
The green LED for example is present in a PCAN-USB FD (Black case)
Best Regards
Marvin

Hi Marvin,
it is not FD, so I believe I am doing well.
Thank you so much for these information.
Wish you a great day
