Hi all,
I am also interested in this fix and I would also wait for the official release.

it could need some time.
I think the question was about having an estimate of this
some time. I'm interpreting here, but it sounds like the guy is aware he has to wait and he has no problems doing so, he is just asking for an estimate (which is a reasonable request IMHO).

Please use the pre-release if you could not wait.
The pre-release may be suitable for
testing the specific issue, but I would personally not use a pre-release into a production ready software, so I understand why the guy why would wait.
Regards

You are contradicting yourself - on the one hand you don't want a beta version in productive areas, but a tested software,
on the other hand it doesn't seem to go fast enough - quality assurance needs its time.
But why not use the Version up in front to see if your problem is solved..?!?
A release needs adapted documentation, which has nothing to do with the software itself.
That's why you can use a pre-release version productively if it corresponds to the final version, but is not yet available as a complete package.
Also we are here in a public forum, and you use a anonymous email address - so it can't be that productive..
You are welcome to send us an official e-mail to our company support address, with company name, serial numbers of the purchased products etc.

Nobody said fast. Nobody complained about anything.
I am baffled by the harshness of your answer.

We already offer you to download the pre-release version.
As release version must be validate, it could need some time.
Please use the pre-release if you could not wait.
Hi, is there any update about that? Any estimated release time?
Regards

Hello,
unfortunatelly we had to delay the release due to another problem found in the Worker class. We are working on it right now. As soon as we have fixed this we will proceed with the release, within the next two weeks.
Thanks for your understanding.
Best regards,
Keneth
