Pcan Plotter not showing all curves i added

Hi,

i am using PCAN Explorer 6.8.1. x86 under windows 11.

when using the plotter i can only plot up to 3 curves in live mode and even if i take a trace then use the import from trace function and add multiple signals, all channels are shown on the right side, but only some curves are plotted.
If a colleague of mine does the same with the same file with the same installation it shows all channels. PC Specs are somewhat similar.

If i open the plotter pcan explorer also gets noticeably laggy, so maybe it is an issue with the performance. My Laptop should be powerful enough to run this though, can i allocate more ressources somehow?

Windows 11

32 gb ram 4000 MT/s / 2000 MHz

Hi,

could be a settings problem in the Plotter Add-In of your system. Please check the properties of the Plotter and press the Reset button, so that the default values will be used.

If this will not help, please contact us by email (support.peak[at]hms-networks.com) to check your system, please also send us your license ID with your email.
