PCAN USB FD firmware update fails

When using Peak Flash 3 to update the firmware on my PCAN USB FD, it always reports:

"Error: Accessing the momory of the device failed"

When the PCAN USB FD enters bootloader mode (flashing red light?), the USB drive appears on my laptop and I can write to it.

Once Peak Flash 3 fails, the PCAN USB FD remains in bootloader mode until unplugging/re-plugging.

Where can I download the 3.5.1 firmware to manually update the device? (plus some instructions to ensure it is correclty updated).
