Hallo,
I have MU Thermocouple1 CAN with calibrated thermocouples type K. When I am making a cross check in temperature bath, by water 20degC via PCAN I see 30degC, and by water 10degC I see 12degC. So the offset is not constant but I know that water temperature and thermocouples are ok.
Could you help to identify the problem? Am I missing some another configuration?
Thanks in advance.

When you did not change any of the default settings, the unit send out the Temprature
CAN bit rate 500 kbit/s , in CAN IDs 100h, 101h, 102h, 2 Data Bytes per measuring channel/reference sensor (8 per CAN message)
Contents per measuring channel: 16-bit value: 1/16 °C
Data mode: Intel (Little Endian) signed
Transmission period 300 ms

Re: MU Thermocouple1 CAN - not constant offset
Hello,
Can be a reason that I am not using Reference sensor (default ID 102h)? For what is this sensor and how to use it? Is this sensor on the PCB?
Piotr

When you have nothing changed on the Config it works as i wrote.
The reference Sensor is inside the module - every measuring unit pcb in the housing have a own reference on board.
There are 4 measuring units, 1 CPU unit and the backplane in the housing.
