Problem: No Data on CAN-Bus

I've now a problem with IPEH-002021. The adapter worked well with our device together till last week. It can be connected using PCAN-View, but no data can be exchanged any more. The led blinks always and PCAN-View shows the status with OK. The baudrate 1MBit/s is correctly applied.

Voltages:
PIN2(CAN-L) vs PIN3(GND), 0V
PIN7(CAN-H) vs PIN3(GND), 5V
It seems that there is an error in the hardware.

Hi,

yes, looks like a broken CAN transceiver PCA82C251T. You can try to replace it (SO-8) if you have some soldering experience.
