FMS Simulator 2 does not send Driver ID frame

Hello,
I don't manage to simulate the FMS Driver ID Frame (0x00FE6B).
I can simulate the tachograph frame with the tachograph tab, and change the Driver ID field, but the tool is not sending the Driver ID Frame.
How can I simulate this frame ?

Which kind of standard do you use in the software?
Do you have activate the PGN 0xFE6B Driver's Identification: ID in the Options dialog window?
Do you have activate the checkbox Card Present on the Tachograph tab for the Driver that should send the Driver ID?
There is a dependence between Card Present and Driver ID.

How can I simulate this frame ?

Please make sure that you use at least FMS 02.00/Bus-FMS 00.02 or later in the software and make sure that you activate the Card Present checkbox for the Driver you will use.

Yes I have checked the FMS Version, and I tried with FMS 02.00 and Bus-FMS 00.02. Still no frame FE6B.
You mean Driver ID is not compatible with FMS 03.00 ?

Belive us - it works - looks like you have not configured the Tool correct...

Please keep in mind - we talking about the ID 0x18FE6B00 !!
The PGN is 0xFE6B - this is a differnet - see options dialog Identifiert / Prio / Source Adress

Check if:

- you use the correct FMS standart (see main menu)
- you have select the PGN in the Option menu
- you set the card in the Simulation menu to "Card Present"

Yes I am talking about the ID 0x18FE6B00.
I configured the tools as you recommended (you can see in the picture I posted).

I run more tests:
- when the checkbox "Card Present" is unchecked,I receive the driver ID frame (*FE6B*) (and its value is 2A 2A FF FF FF FF FF FF)
- when the checkbox "Card Present" is checked, I don't received the frame.

I could not replicate your problem...
please check if you use the latest Version and the FMS 3.0 Standard.
We will forward the support ticket to our developers to take a closer look at the problem...

Hello,

If I understand, you miss the PGN 0xFE6B (CAN ID 0x18FE6B00) when the Card Present is checked.

If the Card Present of at least one Driver is checked, the Driver ID data will send with a Boadcast Announce Message (BAM). See CAN ID 0x18ECFF00 (TP.CM) and 0x18EBFF00 (TP.DT).

In both situations (Card Present checked and Card Present not checked) the data will send every 10 seconds only.
