Is there a J1939 windows API for PCAN-USB device?

If J1939 API is provided by some other body that supports Passthru devices using J2534 api, will it work with PCAN-USB?

our Passthru do not support the optional J1939 - please use the RP1210A/C, which is a standard. LINK
