Talking to PCAN wireless gateway from Linux

We are considering trying the peak CAN wireless gateway: http://www.peak-system.com/PCAN-Wireles ... .html?&L=1
Is this device supported from Linux? I understand that it has its own operating system and creates a wifi node, and has a web interface for configuration which is excellent. But will I be able to talk to it from Linux? For example. would I be able to create a virtual CAN interface that points to this node on the network? Do you have any information about how I could setup the CAN interface of the wireless gateway on Linux?
