I have peak can - USB and I want to update the firmware from 2.8 to 8.3

the serial number of the device is more than 200000000.

This is depending on the used Partnumber and serail number - please contact support@peak-system.com with this information, they will send you all needed links.

Hello I have one Pcan-USB older (Serial no <60000) and one newer > 203 000. Did I uderstand correctly that for the older one the firmware 2.8 is the maximum?
Regarding the newerone, I'd like to update firmawre to 8.4. How can I do that? I didn't find any instructions.

Yes, for Devices of the PCAN-USB with SerNo <200.000 the Standard Firmware is 2.8
Devices with a SerNo>= 200.000 use a 8.x or higher and could be upgrade very easy.
