Hi, have an issue that i need some with

Have setup communication to the Lenze 9300 series drive via a diagnostic plug(the PC can cable is not connected directly to drive) and am using the GDC software

Had to select the drive manually from a list since the GDC software indicated it can not automatically detect the kind of drive. The drive then gets connected

Now when i try to save a parameter set from drive to PC i get a pop-up box 'save parameters to file'. when i click ok, nothing happens.

please contact Lenze support for help. GDC is not a software from PEAK, so we are not able to help you in that matter.

Are you able to solve it? may i have your email address? im facing same issue.

Did you check file permissions? Ensure that the user account you are using to save the parameters has the necessary permissions to create files in the destination folder.

as this is a LENZE application, please contact LENZE, search in a LENZE related Forum etc.
