Unable to receive CAN msgs, BUSHEAVY

Hello,
I would like some help in receiving CAN messages. The first attachment should show my hardware setup. My main question involves the first part of the setup. I send sending CAN message using PCAN-View, the second attachment. When I connect my PC to my dongle, connect my dongle to my board, and turn on my board, I received Status: OK. The moment I press the check-mark to start sending that CAN message, I see a Status: BUSHEAVY. Even though I see BUSHEAVY, the CAN dongle is still sending data, as seen in the third attachment. The message seems to be fine because the CANH and CANL are at voltage levels of 2.5Vdc and shifting up to 3.8V or down to 1.2V respectively. Now, when I UNCHECK the PCAN-View message, my dongle is still sending the same message as before. I would need to disconnect it via PCAN-View and reconnect it via PCAN-View (but not pressing the checkmark to send the message) in order to stop sending the message.
Would someone be able to explain?
