Hello,

I am quite new with electronic and I have a question about the PCAN-Micromod FD Analog1 PWM outputs (Frequency Output FOut_0 and FOut_1).
Is it correct that theses outputs do not provide a TTL output but are Low-Side switch MOSFET that have to be coupled with a resistance and a source voltage ?
My need is a PWM TTL output to feed a logical circuit with low current consumption (I < 100 µA).

In order to match PCAN product specification, could my electrical diagram in attached be correct?

Hello Greg,

your schematic diagram is correct. The 5k resistor pulls the voltage level up to 5V while the output driver is inactive.
The active output of the lowside driver sets the output to 0V.
