PCAN-MicroMod FD Analog 1 Frequency Outputs

Hello,
I am quite new with electronic and I have a question about the PCAN-Micromod FD Analog1 PWM outputs (Frequency Output FOut_0 and FOut_1).
Is it correct that theses outputs do not provide a TTL output but are Low-Side switch MOSFET that have to be coupled with a resistance and a source voltage ?
My need is a PWM TTL output to feed a logical circuit with low current consumption (I < 100 µA).
In order to match PCAN product specification, could my electrical diagram in attached be correct?
Here is the link of my peak product : https://www.peak-system.com/PCAN-MicroM ... .html?&L=2
Here is the link of the low side switch driver : https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon- ... 0b6fb04c51
I would be grateful to have an answer,
Regards,
Greg
