i just installed the drivers and program on my new windows 10 laptop.
Pcan explorer 5 and pcan viewer are working so i know everything is correctly installed.
I have a tool from a custommer that gives this error : No PEAK interfaces fount ont this pc -> can not create a network
i created the nets configuration just like my old windows 7 laptop .
i have read that sometimes a net can't be assigned to channel 0 and this tool is looking at channel 0
Does someone has an idea of how to change the channel
i have nets 3.1.0.22

Hello,

Thank you for your request.

Does the same issue occur, if your run PCAN-Nets configuration as adminstrator?

Which hardware do you use, do you use multiple PCAN-interface devices?

Can you confirm that your customers software indeed uses PCAN-Nets ?

Another possibility, given you have the latest driver is installed is to bind
the PCAN-Net to a specific device ID, as described in the following post, this way you can ensure
that devices do not swap and a NET is always refering to the same channel of the same hardware:

Please report back to me regarding this.

Best Regards

Marvin

Hello,

it doesn't matter if i run it as adminstrator or not
i just tried it with nets 4.0.8.104 but i cant set the channel to 0 it always comes back to 1
my hardware is a PCAN-USB, not a multiple
The tools is using the nets configuration

kind regards

contact the Tools supplier - we do not know every tool which use our hardware - so best way is always first to contact the supplier of the non working tool.
