Hello,
I'm currently working on a python script, that can automatically copy the right PCAN-Explorer key license into the licenses folder similarly to how it was mentioned in this topic:
viewtopic.php?f=205&t=3768
However the script should automatically pick the right license file.
What I would like to know is wether there is any way to detect which Hard-Lock Key Dongle is connected, so the user does not have to manually tell the script.
Thank You,
Simon A.

Re: How to detect which Hard-Lock Key Dongle is currently connected
Hello,
The LicMngr.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\PCAN-Explorer 6 will be able to show
the connected Dongle visually but there is no option to dump that information.
Apart from that there is no way to get this info apart from starting up PCAN-Explorer 6
and seeing if another Dongle is requested.
Best Regards
Marvin
