I cannot for the life of me find any information on the error codes I am seeing in the Linux version of Pcanview. Image attached as an example. The numbers for the error codes (assuming ECC does mean error code) do not correspond or convert to the ones displayed in the hexadecimal system here: https://documentation.help/PCAN-Basic/TPCANStatus.html. I also have no idea what type of error STF_ERR or FRM_ERR refer to, and I find it mind-boggling that no documentation was provided.

what you are seeing are error frames, not status frames. ECC means Error Capture Code from the SJA1000 register. Please see the chapter about error frames within the help. Error frames are basic CAN knowledge.

Note: the version of the help you are using is from 2017. It is not up to date, so consider getting the PCAN-Basic package and the newest documentation files.
