PCAN-USB ProFD not working with RP1210 driver

Hi,

I'm trying to get my USB ProFD working with the RP1210 driver under Win10.
Any attempt to use it leads to a "ERR_HARDWARE_NOT_RESPONDING" error.

The device is working fine with the std. PEAK drivers, just the RP1210 is not working.
The logfile looks like this:

The configuration in "PEAK Settings" shows no problem:

Hello,

At the first look to your pictures,, it seems as the device is present and configured corrrectly. The function calls also look OK.

We have a test application that you can donwload to check the communication. Just to have the confirmation, could you please try with this and see if the problem still persists? You can donwload the RP1210 package from our download page: Development-Downloads, or click here for direct download. You will find the application (C#) within the folder "Test_Application".

When the application starts, select the configuration to use, for instance,

Click OK to accept the settings and then click the button for Connect/Disconnect:

After activating the connection, you should see a status like this:

The RP1210 error is the same with the test application.

ok, if this tool is also failing then is something in your system not OK. It is best if we do a check of your system. Please contact us per mail, support[at]peak-system.com making reference to this topic. We will send you a tool that can scan your system for PEAK products.
