We are considering to use the PCAN-Router FD as gateway for RS232 to Classic CAN and CAN-FD.
The use case is ECUs in the automotive industry.
Does anybody know if this gateway supports Data Segmentation (FF, FC, CF) according to ISO 15765 or if the user has to program this by himself?

You need to implement the ISO-TP Transport Layer by your own. We do not offer any ready to use ISO-TP Stack for this Devices.
As it is a pure Software Implementation, it will be possible to use a Stack on this Device Type.
