I wanted develop an app on a Windows 8 Pro tablet using PCAN USB PRO
Windows 8.1 can access USB I/O Device.
So do you plan to provide this kind of driver ?

We support Windows8.x - but i think you mean Windows 8.x RT
This is complete differnet Hardware and Software Plattform.
For the Windows RT System is no driver planned in the near future.
