Hi Michael,

Yes all of the hardware connected can be seen in windows device manager. Will try to use a powered usb hub as you recommend. Thanks, will let you know for any problems

Just want to ask if there's a limit of number of PCAN USB Pro FD that can be plug in a Computer? Currently there are 5 hardwares connected in my PC, but there is one hardware that fails to communicate. Or is the capacity dependent on PC behavior? Can you recommend PC specification so I can ...

Hi,

Tried updating to the latest version but still I encountered the error below. I just execute a sub function for time checking, and this error always pops up when I exit the explorer. The version I used was ver.5.4.0.877. Any solution?

Hello Michael,

Yes, I'm using the Lossless Trace macro but the problem still occurs from time to time. By the way, I attached here a screenshot of an error I'm frequently encountering. What could be the possible reason and how to resolve this? Unfortunately, I cannot update to the latest version ...
