hello
I'm trying to use win7 PCAN-view, connect to the PCAN-USB perfect, but I only read two lines of data frames can not read the drive or anything else, put the car in gear adds two more lines with nothing tienenquever frame of the car and up to here everything.
I have changed settings, auto operating system and all the same. what I do wrong?

Our Interfaces and the PCAN-View work on CAN - and you see the CAN Traffic of your CAR...thats it.
You also could connect to a Digger, a Coffee machine, a medical Analyzer, a Truck, a Boat, a Plane....
and you also will see the CAN Date of these machines / vehicles...
If you want to get the detailed Information what is INSIDE the CAN Data, you need to contact the CAR manufacturer - they have a Database where you find the Info which Data is which Signal.
Maybe you are looking for a standarized High Layer Protocol like OBD-II - but then you need to use the OBD-II Viewer, not PCAN.-View (which is CAN Layer 2 - RAW Frames - no protocol on Top)

I think his car is fitted with a gateway, so he won't see much on the OBD connector.
@ScottTorres, car makers are smarter now. Try to connect at a location for hscan direct access.
