PCAN tool is not being detected

Earlier PCAN tool was working fine. Now it is not being detected by PCAN view and also LED is always off.

Hello,

Do you use any kind of USB-UB or USB-Extension with your PCAN-USB by any chance?

Does this behaviour also occur when switching to another UBS-port?

Is the device detected by windows (windows device manager)?

Hello

1) No extension.. it's direct to USB port
2) Changed USB port and also PC still same result
3) Window's device manager also not detecting device
