PCAN-USB does not power the bus converter

Post by iAlexx » Tue 4. May 2021, 18:01

Dear all,
the PCAN-USB IPEH-002021 does not power my TJA1054 bus converter.
In the manual I saw that pin 1 is indicated as not connected / optional + 5V.
How can I solve?

Thanks to who will answer me

Hi,

as default the +5V are not active. To enable the +5V at pin 1 please take a look into the PCAN-USB manual -> chapter "3.2 Voltage Supply of External Devices".

Kind regards
Gunther
